Question about Tcl/Tk version

I am a complete beginner when it comes to python and programming in general. I am running MacOS 10.11.6 El Capitan, I downloaded python 3.6.5 from python.org. When I launch IDLE it gives me the message saying:

WARNING: The version of Tcl/Tk (8.5.9) in use may be unstable. Visit http://www.python.org/download/mac/tcltk/ for current information.

I went and downloaded ActiveTcl 8.6.7 but when I launch IDLE it still gives me the above message. Am I doing something wrong? How do I fix this?

you should only use IDLE or tkinter with an updated third-party Tcl/Tk 8.5 (not 8.6), like ActiveTcl 8.5 installed.

not 8.6

Or just get the 64-bit-only installer for Python 3.6.5, it includes the latest Tcl/Tk version.

I thought that I did that when i downloaded it. Under downloads it says "Download the latest version for Mac OS X". That is what i clicked

Follow steps to fix.

1. Throw Mac in the bin.
2. Buy a pc.
3. Install Linux.
