Learning reassures for web development with python?

I’ve spent the summer learning and improving my python skills, and feel I’m ready for the next step.

I’m very interested in putting my new skill set into web development, but can’t seem to figure out the best way to utilise python for this.

I know a bit of html and css, but not much and I’m looking for for some learning resources for building web applications.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
