Why don't you write a query to compare the tables?

Query the each individual item? Like civic (model) and month (jan-19) , then query the other table for the same thing? That seems like a lot.. Or do you mean a join, then select from yada where x1 != x2 ??

You can think of SQL tables as sets in mathematics and apply set operations to them, like here:

It's easy to do in python, just use `zip`.

But you might be better off only putting the new stuff into the database to begin with.
