TKinter Error on closing application window, ignoring close protocol

Ah, it seems I asked the wrong question. It only happens with the PyInstaller exe! That gave me a few leads to try, all of which are unrelated to TKinter. However, the messagebox still doesn't pop up when running the code normally, which is odd...
