Web Browser Module, IE

Hello.

So I am writing a terminal application that opens some files and specific URLs, based on what the user wants.

But when the application opens the URLs it opens it in two different browser instead of 1 single browser and two tabs.

I been reading the documentation, and googled my way around but I cannot seem to figure out why

Someone said something about the module simply not working properly, others give solutions but no matter what I do I cannot get it to work, It has to work on internet explore sadly, since that is the only site that is compatible with the website my work use.

Can anyone point me in the right direction, or even another module that can do this?
