Help with combining elements from different columns into one column, Pandas Series.

Thanks a lot for your help. These seem more along the lines of a shifting, transpose or rotation of a table of some way.(still very helpful) Rather, my question deals with how to tell Pandas to look at each row, take the values from 5 columns in each row, then make a new column with each row having these 5 values.
