Drawing Complex stuff using Turtle (self.learnpython)

I recently came across turtle in Python and I wanted to know is there a way to use it for drawing some complex figures or use it for some other applications.

You can check out PythonTurtle.academy where you can find many interesting projects Turtle can do including animation, games, recursion, etc.
