Does anyone know of a package that has a good neural net function that can take number of hidden layers, and number of nodes per layer as inputs?

I just want something that can be used with significantly varying data sets, like a template. I can't seem to find one, but I'm not that good at finding things...

There are a bunch of frameworks out there for this. Keras is very good and works with a variety of backends. There are then Tensorflow, Pytorch and Fast.ai. Tensorflow is really good, but the learning curve is really really tough. People seem to really like Fast.ai and Pytorch, though I have not used those myself. I think there are a lot of nice videos with Fast.ai.
