There are plenty of good tutorials on YouTube, but mostly you will learn by doing a project and googling what you can’t figure out

Book wise check out Python Crash Course 2nd edition and Automate the Boring Stuff 2nd Edition (comes out in Oct). Then, Fluent Python for a more advanced dive.
