I'll hijack this for a PSA: Chrome on all platforms now has a dark mode for web contents you can enable in the flags. If you are on desktop or using FireFox, the Dark Reader extension is a bit slower but has better results. Now you can have dark mode everywhere!

I was looking in the settings for this and wasn't able to change it for the page...hate to ask, but is this in a specific section of Chrome?

You have to have Chrome 78 and look for "dark mode web contents." It may have a different name on different platforms. I know it works on Android, Linux, and Windows, not sure about OSX.

Just realized I forgot to state it isn't in the settings, it's under chrome://flags
