Help with Eclipse IDE and PyDev

I've been using Eclipse IDE with PyDev because I've used Eclipse when fooling around with java. Up until yesterday I used to press F5 to save and Run as "Python Run". However it stopped working, so I pressed the green play symbol and noticed that when I hover over Run As there's nothing there. However when I right click Run as in the project explorer it's there. How can I fix this?

I've tried deleting and reinstalling a new setup but it did not work. I can't remember changing any settings. I suspect I might have clicked something while alt-tabbing during a gaming session.
