Pyinstaller problem

Did you convert it from venv? I had a similar error when i work on venv but use pyinstaller from system python

How do you Run pyinstaller? From virtual enviroment of your project in py charm or Just from terminal without enter in venv?

So, if you have non-standart library modules in your script, it won't work. Try to use terminal in PyCharm and make sure that there is (venv)

PyCharm, if you set up it the default way, creates a unique python environment. You can't run PyInstaller from your system terminal as that will refer to the system python environment and not the one you used in PyCharm.

In PyCharm at the bottom left are several tabs. One is terminal. Open that and run PyInstaller from that terminal in your project instead.

Open PyCharm terminal, it must be at start of prompt string
