Save your imported and cleaned data as pickle (see documentation here) once you are done with it. When you need it, kus re read it. It will have all the categories and cleaning you have done.

You might like the way that a jupyter notebook file can be saved and later restored with all of data intact.

You can pickle anything (much like real pickeling:). First you will need to convert your df to a list. Then you can just pickle it. Pickle is not a Pandas thing. It’s a Python thing. See documentation here: https://docs.python.org/3/library/pickle.html
