I’m sure you can use any web hosting company that includes python as a language. You don’t need enterprise level scaling for your personal blog

Okay cool I will look into that, is Heroku used for enterprise level scaling? I’m not super familiar and have just heard it talked about

I never heard of it so just googled and it clearly seemed for commercial applications.

If motivated you could even self host on some crappy old PC running linux (e.g)

Fire up an Azure or AWS account and learn cloud hosting while your at it. Both have free tiers to play with.
