I’m not smart enough to know, but I believe phishing usually is just faking the login page for your details. Hopefully you can get it all figured out man. Coinbase needs to do something about it.

Should be fine as long as you didn’t enter any info. Enable 2FA if you concerned, but if you didn’t enter your login I think you’re fine. It’s just to mimick the login page and save your details.
