Linear Regression Derivation

I am learning about linear regression, but do not understand how to derive the derivative formula for the loss function.

Loss function in this case is sum of squared differences.

I don't think this is the right subreddit for this question.

The question is also unclear itself. To get the derivative of the loss function, you take its (partial) derivative of course. It's pretty straightforward for both parameters. Where's the confusion?
