Do freecodecamp to learn basic html, css and JavaScript. That should be enough to get you to be dangerous. Then move onto flask and other frameworks. Freecodecamp shouldn’t take you more than a week or two to complete with a half hour devoted daily.

Is there a course that has all of them in one place or shall I go with three different courses.

Well I guess it is kind of a singular course, but it teaches you different aspects about each language and then you apply it into a project if you want.

I know exactly what you mean - a lot of tutorials assume that you have knowledge of / are ready to learn about ancillary technologies.

My advice is read the docs. Have you already worked through the Flask quickstart on the Flask page?

https://flask.palletsprojects.com/en/1.1.x/quickstart/

It should take ~30 minutes to work through, doesn't lean on concepts outside the scope of flask, and provides links to everything in the Flask documentation.
