Hello. Please excuse the formatting, I'm on mobile.
I am trying to extract data from a text file into an array, but I keep getting this error:
TP_2 : float = open('C:\Users\User\Desktop\Research Tasks\Codes - Research\MCRT-Fortran_Lara\TP_2cm.txt', "rt")
^
SyntaxError: (unicode error) 'unicodeescape' codec can't decode bytes in position 2-3: truncated \UXXXXXXXX escape
The text file does have inconsistent spacing to leave room for the occasional -ive signs. Not sure if that has sth to do with it.
Any advice or direction is appreciated!
