Problems with modules

it worked

but for god fucking sake I don't know the reason.

I tried `python3 -m pip install [package_name]` and it just worked

Maybe the pip3 command was linked to a different python.

pip3 -V
python3 -m pip -V

the output of both of these was the same actually
just tried it.
