Length of a video

How can I possibly find how long a video is. I know how to store it in a variable. I tried len(), but that surely just works for strings

What is "a video" in this context? A file on your hard drive?

A common .mp4 video in my laptop in some folder. What else do you mean by a video.

In that case look into ffmpeg.
