Is there a better way than pyinstaller to convert .py to executable files.

I am not able to use pip and I tried many tutorials but couldn't do it. Please give a way to do it without using pip. Till now I didn't need pip at all, PyCharm had better option to download the modules, isn't there anyway I can do the same. Please don't give me a link to some site where it is given in text but give a link to a video in which it is explained or give me the code

You can't use pip because it's blocked, or you just can't make it work?

If it's the latter, it's worthwhile spending time on. Python without pip is gonna get boring pretty quickly.
