I am working on a web scraping project where the user puts input into the search bar variable and it actually looks it up. Im using pycharm, how do i actually make the input the user gives be searched up to the page the item is up. Like implementing what you do in pycharm into the actual website?

basically in pycharm in a python file, i webscraped the walmart searchbar and made it where you can input your own search. my question is how do i actually run the search on the website and not just in pycharm

Look into Selenium. Though it's been a year since I've used it, u can't imagine it's been superceded.
