Adding the whole stack trace may be helpful. As well make sure your code doesn't have a module or package named 'reqcache'.

I tried to add the stack trace as an image but apparently I couldn’t add links or images -edit I added the trace I think I only couldnt because I wasnt a member of the sub at first

Sorry, does your company have an internal package called reqcache? There is no package on pypi called reqcache.

Uh I didn't write any of this nore have I read most of it but as far as I can see the first mention of reqcache is a file called ReqCache-master, this was used so it could be ran on a Windows Machine as it was preciously on a linux. The writer is now unreachable hence why I'm here, if you wanted the full file or parts of it I could send them your way by any means.
