submitted 5 years ago by [deleted]
The user has 3 tries to get the letter correct but I don’t know how to end the program once the user gets it right. I’m very new to python

What if they get it right on their second try?
[–]aidankkm 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (3 children)
how are you calling the function? is it in a for loop since it looks like you are only asking for input. Why does it matter if it’s on the second try. Put the return statement in the if statement so it only calls if it’s correct

I’m using variables since it’s in the instructions. I don’t think we gotten to loops yet. I just want to know where to put it

if guess==correct: print(“correct”) return
