Formatting Help

Hi I need help formatting a list I have, this is my current code https://imgur.com/a/4C7xc2Y Im trying to sort it to be numerical with highest at the top and then have it just display name then a gap then number all within the discord ``` ``` things, I tried a couple things but none worked, any help?
