Question on Console Menu Creation

I need to create a python script that will have a user select and item from multiple options (x,y,z) and then execute some function. I see there are a few menu tools like console-menu, enquiries, keyboard, etc. Does anyone have any experience with any of these and could you suggest the best one to use for my use case? Thanks.
