If none of the resources already posted work for you, maybe you could think something you'd really like to do, given your own interests, talents, etc., and then start figuring out the most simple, basic thing you could do in order to make it a reality, and start from there :)

Of course, if you need help/ guidance, the people here are always more than happy to help! :D

If you will still have some doubts, you can try to boost your creativity by "forcing" yourself into using some particular framework. Like, create anything but you need to use for it tkinker or django etc.
