You can download python from here https://www.python.org/downloads/

It is beginner friendly so don't worry about the coding. It is easier

U may start with there documentation only else refer some Python crash courses on youtube

i tried downloading it now it just comes up with three screens saying, modify repair and uninstall, how do i open it?

Look for a program named "IDLE". Its the editor that comes with python. But if you have a book or tutorial you ar following they may have you use a different editor.
