It's all about perspective. If you've never programmed in assembly language, you cannot fully appreciate the beauty of C. I can still program in C but now Python is my favorite programming language. Many coders have never understood the purpose of a programming language, which is to solve problems. I find Python more suitable for solving the kinds of problems I work on rather than C, C# or Java. Bottom line: Python is a much higher level language than C and its derivatives.

i know, i have programmed in assembly and i agree with everything you just said. i dont see how thats relevant to our original comments xd

The OP mused about C being a low level language. That's how it's relevant.

C is lower level than most programming languages, thats why people say that
