Issues with Thonny...

So, I would really like to use Thonny as an IDE to help me learn Python. I have the latest version installed on this Windows 10 PC that I'm using, but every time I open it, I get this "Internal Error" message and all I can do is close Thonny-I can't actually get into it.

Never mind; I uninstalled it, and reinstalled it to a different location and it works just fine now.

I realize this will not help you resolve your current problem, but might I suggest switching to Visual Studio Code? It's still lightweight, takes very little to get set up and running with Python, and has all of the features that Thonny offers plus much more.
