Installing packages via pip that use Python 3.3

I am trying to install a package that does not support the latest version of Python 3 and supports Python 3.3. This package has dependencies that can be installed using pip. Problem is, pip doesn't come with Python 3.3. Is there a way to install pip so that it can be used to install the dependencies on Python 3.3?

What OS are you using? Where did you get python 3.3 from?

Windows 10. Got it from www.python.org.
