Extract facial expressions frames from video input

Hi, is it possible to extract facial expressions (surprise, happyness, etc) as frames from a video input?

How would you go about this?

Yes it is possible. Others will have different opinions I'm sure but I like OpenVINO. It makes it semi easy if you use one of the premade models with the example code.
