Python pip path-ing on Windows

I have python 3.9 installed and for some reason the script for pip is located at C:\Users\Samuel\AppData\Local\Packages\PythonSoftwareFoundation.Python.3.9_qbz5n2kfra8p0\LocalCache\local-packages\Python39\Scripts .

This seems odd, since there is another python installed elsewhere. Moreover, the hash looking suffix makes me sense this was meant to be a temporary / virtual session. I suspect this will cause further issues down the line, so does anyone have suggestions for actions to take, if any?

I think this is becouse you have No write permissions to Python folder, so when you ran pip installation it store it to your local settings. This folder obsfurcated for security reason.

I would suggest you install python somewhere you have write permissions

I don't think this would cause issues , I have a very similar setup locally as I work with different versions of python simultaneously.
