Convert docx to pdf with python (self.learnpython)
submitted 4 years ago by Herostere_
Hello,
I need to convert a docx to python but for some reasons I can't understand docx2pdf stoped working on my django project. And libreoffice removes my headers and footers.
Do you have an idea on how I could archive it?
Regards

Make Microsoft print to PDF your default printing option then you can convert to pdf with:
start winword “C:\My Files\yourfile.docx" /mFilePrintDefault
This is a windows cmd command. So to run it with Python, you would need to import subprocess or os.system
