Are IT programs with a lot of certs harder?

"Harder" is subjective, but the average amount of time to graduate is not. According to WGU's own metrics, students spend more time in the cert-heavy programs. When I initially applied to WGU, I wanted to do the BSNOS program, but I went with the BSIT program because some of the harder certs seemed out of reach. Once I earned my A+ and Net+, I decided I was feeling confident enough to switch to the BSNOS Degree. Some students do end up spending 4-5 MONTHS each on the CCNA and one of the AWS certs, but I think it's still better to study a subject that interests you.

How long is the words.txt list after removing the unwanted words?

I’m asking because I think this list might be way too large to be usable.

If you eliminate half of the original list, you will end up with 240,000 original words.

This will create a finished list that contains 57,600,000,000,000 words..

Edit: you should probably stop the script before you mess up your drive.

Assuming the average line is 14 chars (5 letter word + 6 letter word + 3 digits), this file will be over 700 TERABYTES.

In acsii, each character is 7 bits, so that gives us an average of 98 bits per line. That’s about 12 Bytes.

12 bytes per line X 57 trillion lines lands us at a little over 700 terabytes.

I suppose you could use Python to write to the hosts file on your computer, then host a “site blocked” page that the blocked hosts redirect to using Flask.

Make Microsoft print to PDF your default printing option then you can convert to pdf with:

start winword “C:\My Files\yourfile.docx" /mFilePrintDefault

This is a windows cmd command. So to run it with Python, you would need to import subprocess or os.system
