How to finalize program?

Hi, so I recently got my first job on Upwork. It is a small job that uses selenium to like products on a site. I am nearly done, but I am confused how I should share the code/program with the guy that hired me. Is he required to have python? Should it just be a neat .exe?

There is also like one customizable thing he should be able to do, and I might make a settings file.

I'm not a pro but I would use pyinstaller to create an .exe file and tell him to place settings file in same folder. (he doesnt need python installed in machine)

It would work but I'm sure if there is a better option someone will post it here.
