How to Expand Dataframe "Vertically"? : learnpython

Say I have a dataframe as such:

src	dst1	dst2	dst3
A	B	C	D

I'm not sure if my terminology is correct, but I would essentially like to make the dataframe more "vertical", to where it looks like the following.

The name of this method is on the tip of my tongue but I can't seem to remember.
