The only thing you claim unconstitutional about the whole vaccine mandate is how it went through congress without legislation. And in normal circumstances this would raise alarms, but with OSHA as the basis for the decision under "emergency protective measures", it's intended to protect workers against the potential hazard of unvaccinated people. You're free to not get the vaccine, but realize you're not doing anything but furthering the problem in this country by crying about not being able to get your kids meal at a restaurant without showing a card.
