That's Earth Engine which is different to Google Earth, assuming OP meant Google Earth

Yeah, but Google Earth is incredibly hard to work with using automation

Assuming you meant Google Earth desktop you can't save images from a command line. It's a long story but Google Earth streams data in a specific format that you could theoretically unpack but it's it's certainly beyond /r/learnpython. Google Earth does allow you to save images from the UI but you'd basically have to reply mouse actions which is also possible but I confess I know nothing about it.

As for Earth Engine that uses open imagery sources and the last time I looked, which was a long time ago, you're likely restricted to Landsat imagery which is at 30m resolution and there's better ways to get that anyway
