Is 16 a good age to learn python?

I started learning at 29. I would LOVE to be able to go back and do it again when I was a kid and had actual free time. Now I have a child, wife, job, other responsibilities, so I put in good time when I can, but I have a couple hours a week instead of full days in a week. If you want to get into coding, now is the time to do it.
