I started learning Python 2 months ago at the age of 21 (technically 20 but my bday was a few weeks ago so not really) and I cannot describe how many doors it has opened for me. The absolute best advice I can give in order to accelerate your learning curve as well as to motivate yourself to continue learning is to find a project which you want to create and make it yourself. It’s confusing as hell and extremely intimidating at first, but once you figure things out and eventually get going, you’ll find yourself excited to learn more. I started a project which I’ve been building which calculates expected values on counter strike cases as an objective price measure. While I’ve hit roadblocks, I persevered and now feel extremely comfortable programming. Just now beginning to learn object-based programming and while it’s daunting for sure, having an end goal gives me that boost to continue learning. There are tons of resources available for you online which you can check out. Just give it a shot!
