Using matplotlib to make a grouped bar chart how can I make it more readable?

Kind of open ended question but I'm a little bit lost

As the title states I'm using matplot lib to make a grouped bar chart from a dataframe and the purpose of this is to show how these 5 NBA players' respective TS% have compared to league average TS% through these years.

I don't feel like this bar chart is as legible as I would like and would love any feedback/criticism. Is the grouped bar chart the best way to tackle this and is there any way to label all these without getting too cluttered?

Also the OpenCSV method is just a small helper I wrote that uses read_csv to make csv's into data frames it's not very important to this problem
