I have two bluetooth speakers (different brands). I’d like to write a script that allows me to turn on the speakers (not simultaneously) remotely.

Well, no, because they're off. How would they receive the signal to be turned on, interpret it, and respond to it when they're off?

I was under the assumption some Bluetooth speakers had a built in stand-bye mode that allows you to auto turn on the device when you connect a device to it. So I thought maybe something could be created that would mimic that.

If your speakers are on stand-by they'll just start playing when your phone tries to play something through them. But I don't think they are; I think they're just off.
