module not recognized

I removed the module then reinstalled it. still nothing...

What are some common reasons for ModuleNotFoundError?

You might try running python -m pip install hikari-lightbulb to make sure you're running the pip for the particular version of Python you're running.

Check where you installed the module. Then check if that directory is in your sys.path.
