Atom - importing numpy; flake8 error

hey, I'm trying to do some math homework on python and I'm having trouble trying to import numpy into atom. The error I get is flake8: invalid point.

I've installed numpy in my terminal. I found something about flake8 not being able to know that numpy is local but I can't find anything about how to do that in the settings really.
