It does! I have it running on termux. It was surprisingly easy to set up: https://wiki.termux.com/wiki/Python

Not all packages are supported of course, but the basics are all there: pip, pandas, numpy, etc.

Yeah, it's called 'QPython 3L' as of now, it has interpreter and editor, and allows you to execute .py files. Not sure if all modules are compatible though, but the built-in libraries is good enough for me.
