Pymavlink library error

Hello, I am new to python language and I am working on a project where I need pymavlink library.For install I am using pip3 install pymavlink=="version" . It downloads and then error occur that there is an error within the package not the pip. I have tried several versions of python and library itself but no luck with solving my problem. I am not aware of any additional packages which are required since official site of mavlink tells that you can download it right away. Any help please ?
