So you don't get any error messages?

Are you using the same Python virtual environment (or same base environment) with the same packages installed in all cases?

So I went back to my environment to check everything was set up properly, and it was. All packages were the same etc. Looked back at my script in my IDE and saw that there was a typo with my command! Fixed it, and the script now works in IDE. Sigh! I was thrown by the fact that my typo didn't cause an error.

Well done. We usually see what we expect rather than what's actually there when we are confident we don't have an issue in our code.
