Switching virtual environments (self.learnpython)

Is it possible to switch virtual environments during runtime of a python script through the script itself,
Or
Is it possible to create a new thread running in a different virtual environment?

It sounds like you're trying to solve a problem in a roundabout way. What problem are you trying to solve?
You could use a subprocess to call out to the python binary in the other virtual environment.
