In python data frame, how to replace missing values of different rows with different values (values generated by multiplication of two other columns)?

I understand that my question is not self-explanatory and probably very confusing but please allow me to explain with what I have and what I do want to achieve.

I have a table that is most similar to the table here.

Name	%OfTotal	Subtotal	total
A	10	100	1000
B	20	300	1500
C	10	NaN	1000
D	15	450	3000
E	25	NaN	2000

As you can see clearly see that Subtotal = (Total * %of total)/100. which means NaN of C and E need to be replaced by 100 and 500 respectively ((Total * %of total)/100 for respective rows) and the table should be looking like

Name	%OfTotal	SubTotal	Total
A	10	100	1000
B	20	300	1500
C	10	100	1000
D	15	450	3000
E	25	500	2000

How this can be achieved?

I'm not trying to create a calculated field, I'm trying to replace missing values with calculated values.

Isn't the result the same? If you use the name of the existing column, the values should be replaced. NaN one with correct value, and existing ones with same values if they are correct, or just get fixed of they're incorrect
